People use the little natural terraces in the grass covered cliffside to spell their names in pebbles collected from the beach.




Vikings once brought their longboats into the cave for shelter.






Smoo cave is a sea cave that the action of a river has cut into through a sinkhole forming a peat stained waterfall that drops into the cave and flows out to sea. I was slightly disappointed that there wasn't a dragon called Smoo that lived there.
